I’ve been wanting to do a Going Green section here featuring small and simple steps anyone can take to a greener and more environmentally conscious lifestyle and decided to start this category with a feature on the Flip and Tumble Bags!

Over the last couple of years, I’ve started a small collection of reusable grocery shopping bags but quickly realized that the majority of these bags weren’t with me when I needed to use them. The common denominator between them was that they didn’t fit in my purse and between the diaper bag, the shopping cart, the baby carrier, and the baby, if it didn’t fold nicely into my purse or diaper bag, it wasn’t coming out with me. So when I heard about these adorable, colorful flip and tumble bags, which fold up into a compact ball, I knew they were the solution I was looking for in a grocery and shopping bag.

I’ve been using the bags for a couple of months now and they have been perfect. It’s super easy to whip them out at the cash register and to roll them back up again when I’m done. And they’re also sturdy enough to transport all the milk my toddler drinks up now.
